Matt has a strong background in guiding the customer success practices of global technology organizations, including Salesforce and Oracle. Prior to Act-On, Matt was Vice President of the Customer Success Group at Salesforce, where he led the post-sales product specialist teams across all Salesforce products, as well as transformed the customer success and renewal strategies of emerging businesses such as Data.com and Work.com.
In this new role, Matt will be responsible for driving Act-On’s customer success outcomes and leading a world-class customer success team. His focus will be on ensuring the effectiveness of Act-On’s customer implementation, enablement and retention programs.
