Subscription Services Agreement
By agreeing to this Subscription Services Agreement you represent that you have the right to bind your organization to its terms and conditions. If you do not have such right you should not agree to this Agreement or use the Services.
THIS DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM is entered into as of the Effective Date of the Applicable Order Form between Act-On and Customer, and is hereby made part of, and incorporated into, the applicable subscription agreement or similar agreement between Act-On and Customer governing the Services by this reference.
This Acceptable Use Policy establishes rules and requirements for use of Act-On Software, Inc.’s websites, products and services, including any AI Features, add-ons and modules made available by Act-On.
