Acton is gonna provide Evanex with the ability to run those multichannel campaigns, so using a couple of different methods. What we’re looking at here is Acton’s automated journey builder, where you can build those campaign workflows to include, as we’ll see in a second, by clicking the plus sign, your emails, your SMS. We’ve also got the ability to hook in webhooks and APIs, which we’ll which we’re talking about in a moment. So in this example, we’re looking at the middle of the funnel, and and this will be incorporating multiple channels. So as you can see, we’ve got those emails. We we’ve got branching where we’re gonna send a series of different emails based on based on validation rules. So in this case, has that person opened or or not opened?
As we scroll down, we can see some examples actually further down that that program where we might want to bring in those multiple channels. So in the case of Webhooks, I’ve got an example of a direct mail. You know, you may wanna trigger a direct mail or any of those other third party channels that you’re using that can be, you know, contacted via the the the webhook. We’ve got ready built SMS within the platforms. You may want to build an SMS and send it as part of that automation. It could be as well as an email. Could be instead of an email if that person prefers receiving emails in sorry, SMS instead of emails.
We’ve also got the ability to look into APIs as well. So if, you know, you do wanna connect to any third party systems via API, again, we’ve got you covered. So, you know, you’ve got a multitude of really built options within the campaign workflow builder, plus the ability to ultimately contact infinite number of of an extra platforms, you know, as long as they are contactable via either web hook or or API.
Now another method you are going to want to, you know, start to to utilize in order to to capture those new leads or market to those existing leads or existing customers is social. So we do have our advanced social media module, which allows you to create those posts. Though those posts can be created into into campaigns, so if you did want to group a series of of messages together, you’ve got the ability to do so. If I just go backwards on here, you can see color coding in place.
Color coding would denote the denote the different campaigns that you’ve got running. So quickly and easily, you can see which posts are allocated to which campaigns based on the that color. And, of course, if you do want to create a post, super simple to do. You can either create from scratch.
You can drop in a URL. You can even create a from an existing message if you wanted. So in this case, you know, I’ve I’ve created a message. As you can see, this post is gonna be allocated to the advocacy content campaign.
And, of course, I can schedule it to be sent immediately, or I can, you know, choose to send a a different date date time should I wish. So, again, you know, if you do wanna send that series of posts out, you’ve certainly got the ability to do so using the the the action platform.
