It’s our SMS module. So just to talk about that a little bit. First of all, obviously, capturing mobile numbers is gonna be important. So within our forms, you you may want to include the mobile number field within there.

As well as that, opt in is really important for compliance with with SMS. So we do have a ready built opt in ready built within the within the form. So should you wanna capture any mobile numbers, you can utilize the the the ready built opt in, as you can see in front of you. Now once you are collecting those opt ins, you are gonna want to start sending those those SMSs.

And and, again, this is ready built within the platform. So, this is the SMS composer. Nice and simple, all within the platform, no third parties need it. So simply all you need to do is create a message that can include, as you can see, any personalization.

You can also add any any call to actions within there as well. So if you wanna add a link out to a webinar sign up as an example, you’re able to do that. We’ve got ready built short and in options within within the builder as well for you as well. So, you know, it it doesn’t have to be a big log in URL that you’re gonna be sending as part of that text message.

As you can imagine, any any personalization, etcetera, that you’re using, that’s already visible within the within the message, as is, of course, the ability to send. And and as you can see, you can send either right away or you can send a particular date date time, you know, should you want to send this text message in the future. And again, this is all gonna be handled automatically by by Acton.

Now once you do send that that message, we are gonna provide you with ready built SMS reporting within the platform. As you can see, a number of different data points we’re able to provide to you, including actually any replies. So any replies will go directly into Acton, so you’re able to see those out of the box. You’re not going to have to go to different systems or check a phone to see those replies.

So that’s our one method in terms of sending those those SMS messages. Another option for you is available via the automated journey builder, the action campaign builder, whereas you can see if you do subscribe to the SMS module, you will have the ability to send email and SMS. So we see a couple of examples down here where we’re sending an email, we wait till one week, then we’re going to send an SMS to that recipient. It might be that you find the recipient prefers to be contacted through SMS instead of email, so you may always want also want to use maybe use branching to create two different streams based on channel. It could be if SMS preference is the the the preferred contact method, you you may want to send down one path. If they prefer to receive email, you may want to send down another path. So it can be a combination of, or it could even be instead of, you know, if you did want to start to really personalize the the marketing based on their preferred channel.

Now once that person starts to engage, we do have really built SMS tracking within here. If we do send any SMS, if those SMS are clicked or replied, we will be able to track that. The benefit of that is not only are you going to to see that engagement data within the you can see here the what we call the actual contact report, but you will be able to start segmenting on that on that data. So for instance, you may want to segment based on whether we sent an SMS, clicked, or or even, you know, failed or even replied to that message, you know, these these are segmentation options you’ve got.

And, course, that is gonna auction up some possibilities to you in terms of future follow-up. Another option you will be able to check, and and this will be important for maintaining the SMS, is actually how many people have a valid number, how many people have opted opted out of SMS. Again, these could be valuable metrics for you in terms of working out the volume and also what you do next. If someone has opted out, then of course we can always drop them into an email nurturer and and, you know, we won’t send them any any CF Server SMSs.

Now another option that you do also have, and you might want to use this for for for qualification, is SMS engagement. So for instance, you know, if someone engages with an SMS, you may want to to apply a score to it. So as you can see on here, you do have that ability to to to give a score as just as a as a quick example. Likewise, you may want to score based on specifics.

So if anyone replies to a specific SMS, an example, you may want to give a different score to that activity as well. So again, scoring is really important. This could be used as a qualification method. That SMS could be that action that that puts that person into the MQL score scoring threshold that you’re looking at, and then gets that person into the in into the CRM as as a net new lead.

So that’s one marketing possibility that you’ve got in terms of mobile. Another option you’ve got is the ability to connect to any push notification services that you may be using. So within the program on here, again, if I just quickly go in, we do have this outgoing webhooks option available to you.

And as you can see, I’ve pre built one for you within here. So we’re gonna send an email. We’re gonna wait a week. And we’re gonna then connect via webhook to your chosen webhook push notification provider. So all you need to do is create the create the details within here for that for that for that webhook, for that push service you’re using. And at the very, very point where that should be should be triggered, we’ll of course then create that that webhook out to that notification service for them to then create the the notification for you. And of course, for that for that lead contact, they’re wishing to contact through.
