Most recently, he served as Vice President, General Counsel for Jama Software, where he was responsible for assisting, executing, and closing the company’s largest venture capital funding round. He also helped to lead a successful IPO as the Chief Legal Officer at Jive, facilitating international expansion and growing a respected legal team in the process.
