Advanced Marketing Automation Capabilities for the Enterprise with the Simplicity Designed for Small and Mid-Sized Businesses
BEAVERTON, OR–(Marketwired – Sep 9, 2015) – Act-On Software, the leading provider of marketing automation for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced the release of Act-On for Enterprise, designed to meet the requirements of large, global companies with more complex marketing needs. Act-On’s enterprise release includes features for data portability and BI, multi-dimensional lead scoring and SAML Integration for single sign-on using enterprise credentials.
Act-On for Enterprise enables the award-winning SMB Company to better service the demands of its growing enterprise customer base while maintaining the simplicity and usability that distinguishes it in the marketplace.
The latest enhancements to Act-On for Enterprise makes it a desirable platform for companies requiring large scale, global marketing automation deployments, or for enterprise companies with distributed office locations or multiple business units.
Act-On for Enterprise includes the following key capabilities:
- Multi-Dimensional Lead Scoring – The ability to create more than one score sheet based on different scoring needs such as variations in lead scoring models based on product lines or separate scoring models for new prospects and existing customers. These score sheets can trigger actions in other parts of the application, including automated programs and segmentation.
- Security Assertion Mark-Up Language (SAML) Integration – Enables enterprise users to login to their Act-On account using their existing enterprise credentials, thereby simplifying access while maintaining security. Act-On’s SAML integration provides single sign-on (SSO) capability that is compatible with MS Open Directory and Google Apps.
- Data Studio – An advanced data access and analytics tool that enables users to visualize, select, configure, and move data from Act-On to any Business Intelligence (BI) platform. Customers have the flexibility to use pre-configured data sets and aggregations or create their own using point and click queries and filters.
“Act-On is changing the status quo in enterprise marketing automation. We’ve taken the strengths that distinguish us in the SMB market — simplicity and usability, and added enterprise functionality and scalability,” said Gal Josefsberg, VP of Product Management at Act-On Software. “Now, large enterprises can capitalize on ease of use and a streamlined implementation process, and as a result realize ROI quicker.”
Act-On for Enterprise is generally available immediately, with pricing starting at $1,800 per month.
